Continuing the week of celebrations at Huddle, today I’m proud to announce the launch of Huddle Heroes. Every week, we’ll be sharing some of our customer’s stories with you and showing how teams across the globe are making the move to the cloud to improve their working lives.
Our customers sit at the heart of the business and Huddle’s customer engagement team focuses on building relationships and gaining an in-depth understanding of customers’ specific goals for using Huddle. By doing so, we ensure that customers are not only delighted with the product but get maximum return on investment.
When making the move to the cloud, there are many things that need to be considered, including security, user adoption and the cultural change that the technology will support. By sharing their stories, our customers will demonstrate how they overcame the challenges they faced when deploying new technology, why they decided to move to the cloud and any tips they have for people looking to do the same.
