Site branding

At Huddle, we recognize that one size doesn’t fit all. For this reason, we enable you to brand your Huddle sign-in page, dashboard logo, and individual workspace logos. To set up the logos for your custom portal, you simple click on the ‘Customisation’ button in Account Settings, choose the appropriate files for each section and save your changes.

The logon logo appears when your users are asked for their username and password. The dashboard logo appears in the top left of all your workspaces and the default workspace logo appears in the top left of all new workspaces you create. In addition, you can easily customize your whole account: add a logo and change color themes.

By changing the logos and colors in your workspaces, Huddle becomes an extension of your company’s or your client’s brand.

You can also create a unique Huddle URL, for example https://acme.huddle.net, and login page for your company. To control external access, Huddle offers IP address locking, enabling you to restrict access to your entire custom domain or individual workspaces to a range of IP addresses.

Advanced customization

With advanced customization, you can re-skin the entire site to your corporate theme. Our design team can help you customize the entire style of Huddle to match your corporate branding. This includes changing headers, backgrounds, fonts, link colors and themes. It also includes a customized login screen. A secure, custom URL is also included with the advanced customization.
