You no longer have to download files in order to see their content; you can simply view them within your workspaces. Our video and audio player enables you to play, pause and scan through your content. Supported formats include all MPEG-14 extensions, such as MP3, M4a (AAC), M4V (H.264), MP4, M4P, M4B and M4r.
If you have a video presentation or demonstration that you wish to share with team members inside or outside of your organization, simply notify them of the file's location and request feedback. File viewer and editor
Easily view image files and documents without having to download them or navigate away from the browser. Online software allows you to view, create and modify Word and Excel files directly in the browser without needing to download them or install software. You can view and work on files stored in Huddle from any location and on any computer.
To quickly and easily view a document, simply click on 'Preview'. This will open a new window and present you with a read-only version of the file online. You don't have to download the document or install any additional software on your device. From this window, you can save, export and print the file.
Clicking on the 'Edit online' button opens a new window and allows you to make your changes and save a new version of the file without needing to use Microsoft Office.
By enabling people to work on documents directly in their browser, update file versions and notify their team members accordingly, Huddle's file viewer and editor can significantly increase productivity and efficiency. Comments and feedback can be added to a file straight away and, if a new version of a document requires approval, the relevant decision makers can be notified immediately.
