Why should I join the Huddle Affiliate Program?

Huddle has high conversion rates and affiliates can generally expect to convert 4% on paid packages and 15% on free personal accounts. Affiliates will also get a monthly newsletter sharing top converting keywords, ad copy, banners, text links, and hot promotions. Plus our affiliate support team will provide recommendations on how to successfully promote Huddle on your website. Our affiliate program is hosted in-house so you're sure to get the attention and support you need to be a successful Huddle affiliate! Huddle will provide you with the necessary tools needed to become a successful affiliate. Becoming an affiliate is easy, simply post a Huddle link on your website and start making money!

How do I sign up to be an affiliate?

Simply complete our online application. Our application review process generally takes 1-2 business days. Once approved, you can log into your affiliate account and access all Huddle keywords, ad copy, banners, text links, and hot promotions.

How much does it cost to join?

Joining the Huddle Affiliate Program is always free!

Can I participate if I live outside the U.S.?

Yes, we welcome affiliate partners from outside the United States and United Kingdom. Did you know Huddle is supported in multiple languages? Huddle has been translated into the following languages and is automatically updated based on your browser settings. You can check this out for yourself by creating your own Huddle account and selecting Settings > Profile Settings > Language.

(Please note: Since our primary target markets are in the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom we strongly prefer affiliates who promote to these audiences.)

Are there any restrictions for joining?

If you have a website you are welcome to apply. If your website is under construction please apply once your site is live. We do not approve incentive sites that reward visitors for surfing or downloading. We may reject your application if it's determined that your site is unsuitable for our Affiliate Program. Unsuitable sites include, but are not limited to, sites which:

• Promote sexually explicit, illegal or inappropriate content
• Promote violence or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
• Include 'Huddle', 'Huddle.com', or misspellings thereof in their domain names
• Otherwise violate intellectual property rights

Additionally, in order to promote a fair opportunity to earn commission for all affiliates, Huddle will not work with any affiliate that uses or promotes adware or spyware software or any other software that delivers advertising based on a customer downloading a software application, either knowingly, or unknowingly, including BHO's (browser helper objects), downloadable reminder services, or any other software or code that pops-up or redirects the user.

Payment

How much can I earn?

Huddle pays the highest commissions in the industry – we pay on a combination of both web sales and post free trial sales. Huddle Affiliates receive a commission when visitors complete paid subscription on Huddle.com (an "Online Signup"). Additionally, if you send us a person who signs up for a free trial who then agrees to an annual subscription you'll earn £125/ €140 /$200* (a "Post Free Trial Conversion to Sale"). *Applicable to annual subscriptions of UK £3000 or US $4,500 per calendar year or more. We also have regular promotions so you can maximize your earnings!

Are there any Performance Incentives?

Produce over 200 free trail signups and receive an increased payout of $1.85/£1.15/€1.35 per free trial signup. Plus, if you produce high volume and quality free trial and paid subscription, we may offer you an exclusive payout based on your performance. How often am I paid?

Log into your Commission Junction account anytime to run earnings and activity reports. Earnings are automatically mailed every month via check to all affiliates by Commission Junction.

Linking and tracking

How do I post a link on my website?

Simply log into your Huddle affiliate account at cj.com, select the desired text link or banner, and copy and paste the HTML or JavaScript code onto your site.

How are my sign-ups tracked?

Huddle and Commission Junction's tracking system assigns a unique ID for each link you publish. Each sign-up via your affiliate link will have the unique tracking information to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

Does Huddle offer a variety of banners and text links?

Yes. We offer a wide assortment of highly-converting text links and banners to help you promote Huddle.

General questions

Can I promote Huddle in an email marketing campaign?

Yes. We welcome affiliates who promote Huddle via email.. If you are planning on promoting Huddle via email campaigns, we will need an advance copy of your email marketing content (with links included) for prior approval.

What kind of advertising can I do?

There are many possibilities for promoting Huddle products.

• Write a personal recommendation or review on your website or blog
• Send out an e-newsletter to your website visitors
• Offer a comparison of online collaboration providers

Be creative! Consider writing a newsletter for visitors to your site, a testimonial about Huddle products or even an article on how Huddle helped you! Huddle offers many banners and text links that can easily be incorporated into your marketing campaigns. Promotions will be offered and updated frequently to provide special rewards for greater activity. In addition to your website, we recommend that you promote through an opt-in mailing list or a newsletter. Under no circumstances will unsolicited emails (spamming) be tolerated.

What kind of advertising is prohibited?

Huddle does not allow trademark bidding. Please review our PPC Policy for further information.
