User profile

Each user involved in a Huddle workspace has a profile page where they can share their contact information, upload a picture of themselves and a brief biography. The user profile section ensures that everyone has visibility of who they are working with in Huddle. The profile also ensures that all team members’ contact details, such as their direct dial, cell number, email address and Skype name, are kept in one secure, central environment. The user profile space also gives information in regards to latest activity such as last login.

Teams

Setting up teams, means you can set up different permissions for members in different teams. This is also a great way of assigning meetings to teams in one go. Teams make it easy to give different access rights to members.

Activity

See who has been active in the workspace recently and when they last logged in. Assign meeting actions so everyone can see what you’re currently working on.
