Assign & filter tasks
There are a number of ways that you can filter or change the view in Huddle’s Tasks area.
By clicking on the dropdown menus, you can quickly and easily filter tasks as either not started, in progress, complete or incomplete and re-assign them to users. Tasks can be filtered by team or individual, and by status and due date. You can also filter tasks so that only those assigned to you are in view, allowing you to quickly assess what needs to be done and if any tasks are overdue. To gain instant visibility of which team members are on track with their assigned tasks, you can filter tasks that have been assigned to other users in a workspace.
Filtering on late tasks allows people who are managing projects or campaign to quickly identify which team members need to be reminded to progress their actions.
Auto reminders
Receive auto reminders about tasks that are nearing the deadline. Huddle automatically follows up all scheduled tasks, so that you don’t have to. Notifications are automatically sent when a task is set, due to start, 48 hours before a task is due and on the day that a task has to be completed.
iCal integration
The iCal link can be found on all Huddle calendars and allows users to push their tasks and meetings out to their Outlook or Google calendar. You can select the iCal link from your Dashboard calendar and get all the tasks and meetings from all workspaces pushed into your calendar. Alternatively, you can select an iCal link from an upcoming calendar from an individual workspace and ensure that you just have the information from that one workspace sent to your email calendar. You can view everything that you are working on in one convenient place.
