Online Meetings

The Meetings section in Huddle enables you to schedule both online and offline meetings with your team members. Every attendee at the meeting will have access to all of their notes, as well as relevant files, discussions, whiteboards and task timelines in Huddle.

Along with standard features, such as recurring meeting times and selected attendees, Huddle also offers phone conferencing options. Recognizing the fact that attending numerous face-to-face meetings can prove costly in terms of both time and money, Huddle enables you to schedule online meetings. You can quickly and easily work synchronously with your colleagues, clients, partners and suppliers across globe. When a meeting is scheduled, dates are instantly entered into desktop calendar applications without needing to subscribe to the iCal feed.

All meetings added to your workspace will appear in your Upcoming widget on the Dashboard as well as the Tasks area. Users will be able to view all meetings that they have received an invite to and Workspace Managers will be able to view all meetings created in the workspace.

Workspace Events can also be created in order to allow all workspace members to view a meeting in the calendar without having to send specific invitations. This is ideal for training sessions, conferences or team-wide meetings.

Phone Conferencing

Built-in phone conferencing tools allow you to cut costs and keep your team’s schedule organized. Hold meetings online for easy and time efficient collaboration with colleagues, suppliers and clients.

Dialing in is simple and easy, all that is required is the dial in number and access code, generated when the meeting is created. These details are sent via notifications to all those involved on the call. Name announcements indicate when someone joins a call so that you know who is and who is not on a meeting.

In order to save you from having to re-enter your phone conference details every time you schedule a meeting, you can save these details in your profile area.
