How customizable is Huddle?

All plans allow for your account to be fully customized to match your brand’s look and feel. This includes your own personalized URL and customized login page, dashboard, color-scheme, logos, workspaces and emails. In addition, each workspace can be configured by turning features on and off. How easy is it to get started with Huddle?

This is really new to my business, how can I encourage user adoption?

The ease of use, virality and obvious benefits Huddle offers ensures high user adoption, currently at 90 per cent. If this is still a concern, a senior sponsor within an organization can help ensure use of the application by ensuring that users are involved with Huddle fully from day one to see time and cost saving benefits quickly. Before users are invited to workspaces it can often help to send out company-wide news announcements about the benefits of Huddle to the organization. It is also advisable for a manager to setup folder structures and key documents / discussions / tasks within a workspace before inviting users.

Does Huddle offer desktop, mobile or MS Office applications?

Yes – please visit our applications page to find out more information and download the applications available. You will find links to download Huddle’s own MS Office add-in, mobile apps for iPhone, iPad, Blackberry as well as other partner plug-ins such as Xobni. For a third-party desktop app you can try Clustr. This is a desktop client for the Huddle service. It allows you to access your workspaces and files; you can upload folders and files through drag and drop; you can download one or more files or a folder at the time.

What is a workspace?

A workspace is a private online space for working with other people; sharing files, assigning tasks, running meetings and collaborating on ideas. You can create unlimited workspaces within your account. For companies with many remote offices, workspaces can be a particular team or group, like San Francisco Marketing. For project teams, a workspace can be a very specific client project. The best thing about Huddle is that it’s designed to work with many administrative or organizational structures.

What format of files / what size of files can I upload to Huddle?

Huddle allows all formats of files to be uploaded of any size up to 2GB per file.

I use a Mac, will Huddle work for me?

Yes – Huddle is a web application available across all the platforms and browsers inluding Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome and Safari.

Does it matter where my organization is located?

No – we have customers all over the world. If you’re paying monthly, simply make your purchase using your Visa/MasterCard credit card and your bank will automatically convert it to GBP for you.
