Terms and conditions

1, 2 Huddle adoption rate of 90% across active customer sites is three times higher than a typical adoption rate of SharePoint – 32%.

3 Adoption Guarantee is applicable only to annual contracts where Huddle’s Support Package has also been purchased. Huddle’s Customer Engagement team require the co-operation of internal and external user groups in order to provide training services as purchased. Claims for refunds must be made in writing to your customer engagement manager or to support@huddle.com after the first 90 days of the initial contract period. A maximum of three months total subscription value can be refunded; payment for remaining contract months will still apply. Active user is defined by at least one auditable action per user over a 90-day period.
