At Huddle, we take security seriously. That’s why we designed Huddle protocols to rival bank security. When accessing your account, 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is used across the entire site. Huddle encrypts all data exchanged with the server to industry standard levels as well as authenticating the server itself to the user.

With Huddle user permissions, you can set granular permissions against each workspace or folder, controlling who can view specific items. It’s easy to amend permissions or remove users from workspaces and control who can and can’t invite users into workspaces. In addition, you can integrate Huddle with your internal Active Directory.
Backup
All of Huddle’s servers are clustered and there is no single point of failure. Data is backed up transactionally between multiple database servers and to a second disaster recovery site in near real-time. Additionally, all data is backed up off-site every night. And if you want the security of your own hosting we can backup all your data through our backup tool.
