Yes. Huddle allows you to download any previous version of a file. You can even compare any previous version with the most up-to-date copy stored in Huddle; helping you to track the changes that were made.
Yes. Any new version of a file is logged and time-stamped in Huddle. You can use the activity panel to check the revision date and even see which user created the new version.
There is no limit to the number of versions that can be stored in Huddle, so if you ever need to go back in time and check a previous version you can.
When you open a file that is stored in Huddle and edit it using Microsoft Office (and O365), a new version is automatically created and sent to Huddle. You can also drag and drop new versions of a file into Huddle.
