It also means that anyone visiting a file in Huddle can clearly see any completed, or outstanding, tasks against the file; giving them real-time insight into the document’s status without the need to chase colleagues, partners or clients for an update.
Oversee team and client tasks
For team leaders, or project managers overseeing the progression of multiple files, Huddle’s Action Center offers a summary of all tasks assigned to your Workspace members. It’s quick and easy to filter by task owner, assignee and status. Or use the dedicated Tasks tab in your Workspace Overview for a more detailed summary; you can make a comment, adjust deadlines and even jump directly to the file. It’s a faster way to track the progress of everything in your Workspace, and spot potential bottlenecks, without the need to visit individual files or trawl through email for team updates.
